Piro Restaurant

In the heart of a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional cuisine of the Lazio hinterland, the Piró restaurant, designed by Studiotrinomio, stands out for its interior design in which every detail is designed to tell the story of the chef's cuisine.

A precise and powerful element guides the entire project: the central counter, the true fulcrum of the space.

Tailor-made by the architects and handcrafted by a blacksmith, the counter stands out as the operational and symbolic heart of the restaurant. Covered with red Colors strips by Ceramica Rondine, a chromatic and material tribute to the original Trani stone of the floor, it becomes a strong and recognizable architectural sign, around which the layout of the rooms and the guest experience revolve. Its presence introduces a visual rhythm that defines the space and makes it recognizable, without ever being invasive.

Even the restaurant bathrooms are an integral part of the architectural experience: truly immersive spaces, in which the warm and enveloping red of the strips and the cement tiles of the floor – the same ones used for the counter – create visual and sensorial continuity. A cozy but expressive environment that completes the story of the project and amplifies the feeling of coherence and attention to detail.

The result is a sober but impactful space, where aesthetics, function and narration coexist harmoniously.

Piró is not just a restaurant, but an experience built around a strong architectural gesture, capable of welcoming, involving and telling.
